About Fulbright Web
Fulbrighters past and present are invited to register and become part of the Fulbright network. Your free Fulbright Web Email can be forwarded to your other Email address on an ongoing basis — and can always be accessed through any web browser.

Fulbright Web will be very much a work in progress. We will be expanding — and announcing to you by means of Fulbright Web Email — services and information as well as targeted discussion forums, information from Fulbright commissions and posts worldwide, and much more.

The Fulbright Program is the premier higher educational exchange initiative of the US Government. At the mandate of Congress, the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State is responsible for its management and coordination worldwide. The Institute of International Education — which works with the Bureau on behalf of both the predoctoral and postdoctoral Fulbright Fellowships, the latter through its affiliated Council for International Exchange of Scholars — is implementing the Fulbright Web.
